He has opened, operated, and accelerated the ROI growth of over 200 locations across 20+ states, and throughout his career, he has led a variety of cross-functional teams.  

Kincanon spent more than 15 years at Aaron’s Sales and Lease working in multiple capacities, including VP of Sales and Customer Engagement, VP of Operations, and Director of Operations. He is currently the COO of CDF Doors and COO of Fast Specialties.
