In his current role as VP of Operations at Freebird Stores, Mark oversees managing budgets, streamlining store communications, launching new retail locations, strengthening operational efficiency, coordinating efforts across departments and functions, and driving aggressive multimillion-dollar revenue growth. As a leader and influential stakeholder, teams turn to him for guidance and inspiration during periods of challenge and change. 

As Director of Operations at The North Face, he managed all operational aspects for 113 US and Canadian stores while leading direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and store communications planning.
