Chatter SMS Terms & Conditions Short Code

These terms apply to messages for short codes 20404 and 21222.

1. Program Description: By providing your phone number or initiating a text message to us, you expressly consent to receive automated customer feedback and service text messages from Chatter.
2. Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to 20404 or 21222. After you send STOP, we will send you a single SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
3. Customer Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP to 20404 or 21222 for assistance, or contact support directly at support@chatterresearch.com.
4. Carrier Disclaimer: Neither Chatter nor mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a message per visit, with a maximum of one message every trimester.
